Petition Demanding Immediate Action on Muni Metro

As you should know by now, we are just a wee bit frustrated with the “new” Muni Metro and its countless delays. As taxpayers and consumers, we DEMAND:

1. RESOLUTION of the Metro crisis, by whatever means are required. Until the system runs as promised, this must be your top priority. We have paid millions for this project, and for what?
2. COMPLETE, ACCURATE COMMUNICATIONS at all times regarding Muni Metro. This includes

daily press announcements of exactly how many cars were delayed or didn't run
accurate station announcements of what cars are coming and how long they will take
frequent status updates for operators and riders from central control
detailed advice on alternatives to Muni Metro

3. AGREEMENT with BART on the Fast Pass - when Muni fails, we MUST have this alternative.
