We now have a Web-friendly version of the Muni Riders' Survey results
that we conducted in February and published in March.

The bottom line:

25 percent of all riders were delayed.

Lines graded "F" for unacceptable performance
were 22-Fillmore, 1-California, and 19-Polk.

There were wide variations between lines,
with riders delayed between 6 percent and 55 percent of the time.
